They will question you about the mountains. Say: 'My Lord will scatter them as ashes 105 and leave the earth a levelled plain 106 wherein thou wilt see no crookedness neither any curving.' 107 On that day they will follow the Summoner in whom is no crookedness; voices will be hushed to the All-merciful, so that thou hearest naught but a murmuring. 108 That Day intercession will profit not except him for whom the Compassionate giveth leave, and of whom He approveth the word. 109 He (Allah) knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them (in the Hereafter), and they will never compass anything of His Knowledge. 110 ۞ on that Day all faces shall be humbled before the Living, Self-Subsisting One. Those burdened with evil deeds will come to grief, 111 And whoever does good works and he is a believer, he shall have no fear of injustice nor of the withholding of his due. 112 We have revealed the Quran in the Arabic language containing various warnings so that it may cause them to have fear (of God) or take heed. 113 Then exalted be Allah, the True King! And hasten not (O Muhammad) with the Qur'an ere its revelation hath been perfected unto thee, and say: My Lord! Increase me in knowledge. 114 And assuredly We covenanted with Adam aforetime, then he forgat, and We found not in him steadiness. 115
