The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 And it is forbidden for any township which We have destroyed, that they may return. (Once the disbelievers face death, their return to earth is impossible.) 95 until Gog and Magog are let loose to rush down from the hills. 96 And there shall approach the true promise; and lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be staring: woe unto us! surely we have been in neglect thereof; aye! we have been the wrong-doers. 97 [Then they will be told:] "Verily, you and all that you [were wont to] worship instead of God are but the fuel of hell: that is what you are destined for. 98 Had these been gods, they would not have gone down thereunto; and all of them therein shall be abiders. 99 There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else). 100 But as for those unto whom already the reward most fair has gone forth from Us, 101 Not the slightest sound will they hear of Hell: what their souls desired, in that will they dwell. 102 The great Horror [of the Day of Judgement] shall not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, saying, "This is your Day which you have been promised." 103 On that Day, We shall roll up the heaven like a written scroll is rolled. As We originated the first creation, so will We bring it back again. This is a binding promise on Us which We shall assuredly fulfill. 104 And indeed We wrote, after the reminder in the Zaboor that, “My virtuous bondmen will inherit the earth.” 105 This Qur’an is sufficient for people who are devout. 106 (Muhammad), We have sent you for no other reason but to be a mercy for mankind. 107 Say: 'It is revealed unto me only that your God is One God; do you then surrender?' 108 If they turn back, say: 'I have warned you all alike, though I cannot tell whether what you are promised is imminent or distant. 109 God surely knows what you say openly and also knows what you conceal. 110 But [as for me,] I do not know whether, perchance, this [delay in God's judgment] is but a trial for you, and a [merciful] respite for a while." 111 He saith: My Lord! Judge Thou with truth. Our Lord is the Beneficent, Whose help is to be implored against that which ye ascribe (unto Him). 112
