The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 Had We so willed, We could have sent down unto them a message from the skies, so that their necks would [be forced to] bow down before it in humility. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 they have indeed rejected the message. But the truth of what they laughed to scorn will dawn upon them before long. 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 Most surely there is a sign in that, but most of them will not believe. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
