In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 THESE ARE MESSAGES of the divine writ, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth! 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Do they not observe the earth, how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein? 7 Verily, in this is an Ayah (proof or sign), yet most of them (polytheists, pagans, etc., who do not believe in Resurrection) are not believers. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
