The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from the sky so that their leaders would remain bowed before it. 4 [But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always - turn their backs upon it: 5 Surely they have done with denying; soon will come to them the news of what they were laughing at. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
