227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 They will soon come to know the truth of that which they have been scoffing at. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Surely, in this there is a sign yet most of them do not believe. 8 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 9
