The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at! 6 Do they not look at the earth, how We caused a variety of fine vegetation to grow from it (in abundance)? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
