And (remember) when your Lord said to Moosa, “Go to the unjust people.” 10 the people of Pharaoh, will they not fear God? 11 He said, 'My Lord, I fear they will cry me lies, 12 My breast is constricted and my tongue is not fluent, so endow Messengership on Aaron. 13 And they have a crime against me, so I fear that they shall slay me. 14 The Lord said, "Have no fear, both of you go with Our miracles. We shall closely listen to you." 15 Go to Pharaoh, both of you, and say, 'We are messengers from the Lord of the Worlds: 16 Let the children of Israel go with us!'" 17 He said, 'Did we not raise thee amongst us as a child? Didst thou not tarry among us years of thy life? 18 “And you committed the deed of yours that you committed, and you were ungrateful.” 19 Musa (Moses) said: "I did it then, when I was an ignorant (as regards my Lord and His Message). 20 Then I ran away from you in fear, but my Lord granted me the law and has appointed me as a Messenger. 21 Now this is the favour that you tauntingly remind me of: that you enslaved the Children of Israel!" 22 Said Firaun, “And what is the Lord Of The Creation? 23 He said: Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between, if ye seek to be convinced. 24 (Pharaoh) said to those around: "Did ye not listen (to what he says)?" 25 (Moses continued): "Your Lord and the Lord of your fathers before you." 26 Fir'awn said: verily your apostle who hath been sent unto you is mad. 27 (Moses) said: "Lord of the East and the West, and all between! if ye only had sense!" 28 Said [Pharaoh]: "Indeed, if thou choose to worship any deity other than me, I shall most certainly throw thee into prison! 29 Said Moosa, “Even if I bring to you something clear?” 30 Said Firaun, “Then bring it, if you are of the truthful.” 31 So (Moses) threw his rod, and behold, it was a serpent, plain (for all to see)! 32 And he drew out his hand, and behold, it was white to all beholders! 33
