۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 And verily we are host well-provided. 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
