The people of Noah gave the lie to the Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 so fear Allah and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and drowned the others. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
