The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 Verily I am unto you an apostle trusted. 107 so fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand. 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then afterward We drowned the others. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
