Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 be, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me! 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 So guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They replied, "Are we to believe in you when your followers are but the lowest of the low?" 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 And I am not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am nothing but a plain warner." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 He said: "My Lord! Verily, my people have belied me. 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 121 surely your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 122
