The dwellers of the wood belied the sent ones. 176 when Shuaib said to them, 'Will you not be godfearing? 177 “I am indeed a trustworthy Noble Messenger of Allah to you.” 178 "So fear Allah and obey me. 179 "No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 180 ۞ Give full measure, and be not of those who cause others to lose. 181 and weigh with the straight scale, 182 and do not defraud people in their property or spread evil in the land. 183 "And fear Him Who created you and (who created) the generations before (you)" 184 They replied, "You are bewitched. 185 And thou art but a human being like unto us, and we deem thee to be of the liars. 186 Then drop down on us lumps from heaven, if thou art one of the truthful.' 187 He said: 'My Lord knows what you are doing' 188 They rejected him and then the torment of the gloomy day struck them. It was certainly a great torment. 189 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not Muslims. 190 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 191
