Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7

This present life is naught but a diversion and a sport; surely the Last Abode is Life, did they but know. 64 And so, when they embark on a ship [and find themselves in danger,] they call unto God, [at that moment] sincere in their faith in Him alone; but as soon as He has brought them safe ashore, they [begin to] ascribe to imaginary powers a share in His divinity: 65 So that they become ingrate for that which We have vouchsafed unto them, and that they enjoy themselves; but presently they shall know. 66 Did they not observe that We have created a refuge in the Sacred Land, and people around them are snatched away? So do they believe in falsehood and are ungrateful for the favours of Allah? 67 Who does greater wrong than he who invents a lie about God or rejects the truth when it comes to him? Is Hell not the home for those who deny the truth. 68 And those who strove in Our way – We shall surely show them Our paths; and indeed Allah is with the virtuous. 69

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
