Al-Sajdah 3 of 3
We did indeed aforetime give the Book to Moses: be not then in doubt of its reaching (thee): and We made it a guide to the Children of Israel. 23 And We appointed from among them leaders guiding by Our command, when they endured patiently, and had sure faith in Our signs. 24 Verily thy Lord! He shall decide between them on the Day of Judgment concerning that wherein they have been differing. 25 Does it not guide them [to see] how many generations We destroyed before them, among whose ruined dwellings they now walk about? There truly are signs in this -- will they not listen? 26 And do they not see that We do drive rain to parched soil (bare of herbage), and produce therewith crops, providing food for their cattle and themselves? Have they not the vision? 27 They say, "If what you say is true, when will the final triumph come?" 28 Say: 'On the Day of Victory their faith shall not profit the unbelievers, nor shall they be respited.' 29 So turn thou away from them, and wait; they too are waiting. 30
True are the words of God the Almighty.
