۞ O men, it is you who stand in need of God. As for God, He is above all need, worthy of praise. 15 If He wills, He can take you away and bring other creatures. 16 And this not at all difficult for Allah. 17 AND NO BEARER of burdens shall be made to bear another's burden; and if one weighed down by his load calls upon [another] to help him carry it, nothing thereof may be carried [by that other,] even if it be one's near of kin. Hence, thou canst [truly] warn only those who stand in awe of their Sustainer although He is beyond the reach of their perception, and are constant in prayer, and [know that] whoever grows in purity, attains to purity but for the good of his own self, and [that] with God is all journeys' end. 18 Not equal are the blind and the seeing, 19 Nor are the depths of Darkness and the Light; 20 the shade and the torrid heat; 21 And not equal are the living and the dead. Indeed, Allah causes to hear whom He wills, but you cannot make hear those in the graves. 22 You are purely a Herald of Warning. 23 And O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), We have indeed sent you with the Truth, giving glad tidings and heralding warnings; and there was a Herald of Warning in every group. 24 And if they deny you - then already have those before them denied. Their messengers came to them with clear proofs and written ordinances and with the enlightening Scripture. 25 [but] in the end I took to task all those who were bent on denying the truth: and how awesome was My rejection! 26
