Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Ya-Sin. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 By oath of the wise Qur’an. 2 Truly, you (O Muhammad SAW) are one of the Messengers, 3 On a Straight Way. 4 A revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful, 5 That you may warn a people whose ancestors had never been warned, who are therefore heedless. 6 (I swear) that most of them are doomed to be punished. They have no faith. 7 We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads. 8 And We have set a bar before them and a bar behind them, and (thus) have covered them so that they see not. 9 It is the same to them whether you warn them or you warn them not, they will not believe. 10 You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward. 11 Surely, it is We who revive the dead and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; We have counted everything in a Clear Book. 12
