Y S (Yaa Seen)
83 verses, revealed in Mecca after Jinns (Al-Jinn) before The Statute Book (Al-Furqaan)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya, Seen. 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom (i.e. full of laws, evidences, and proofs), 2 Truly, you (O Muhammad SAW) are one of the Messengers, 3 and that you follow the right path. 4 [This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, 5 so that you may warn a people who are unaware because their fathers were not warned. 6 Indeed, the word [of God's condemnation] is bound to come true against most of them: for they will not believe. 7 We have enchained their necks up to their chins. Thus, they cannot bend their heads (to find their way). 8 We have set-up a barrier in front of and behind them and have made them blind. Thus, they cannot see. 9 And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe. 10 Thou canst but admonish such a one as follows the Message and fears the (Lord) Most Gracious, unseen: give such a one, therefore, good tidings, of Forgiveness and a Reward most generous. 11 Lo! We it is Who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before (them, and their footprints. And all things We have kept in a clear Register. 12

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
