Whoever reaches old age, We reverse in natural disposition. Do they not have sense (to see)? 68 We have not taught him any poetry nor would it be fitting for him. This is merely a Reminder and a clear Quran 69 To warn the living*, and to prove the Word against disbelievers. (Only the believers are deemed alive in Allah’s sight.) 70 Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, grazing livestock, and [then] they are their owners? 71 And We have subdued them unto them, so that some of them they have for riding and on some of them they feed? 72 And they have therefrom other benefits and drinks. Will they not then give thanks? 73 They chose idols besides God in the hope of receiving help from them, but they will not be able to help them. 74 They have not the power to help them: but they will be brought up (before Our Judgment-seat) as a troop (to be condemned). 75 So let not their speech grieve thee (O Muhammad). Lo! We know what they conceal and what proclaim. 76 Does not man see We created him from a drop of semen? Even then he becomes an open contender, 77 And he puts forth for Us a parable, and forgets his own creation. He says: "Who will give life to these bones when they have rotted away and became dust?" 78 Say: He will give life to them Who brought them into existence at first, and He is cognizant of all creation 79 He has created fire for you out of the green tree from which you can kindle other fires. 80 Is He who created the heavens and the earth unable to create their like? Yes, indeed, He is the Creator, the Knower. 81 When He wills a thing He has only to say: "Be," and it is. 82 Therefore Purity is to Him in Whose Hand* is the control over all things and it is towards Him that you will be returned. (Used as a metaphor to mean Power). 83
