The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I swear by (the angels) who stand in ranks, 1 by those who drive away the devil (to protect Our revelation), 2 And by oath of the groups that read the Qur’an. 3 your God is One, 4 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and of whatever lies between the two, the Lord of the Easts. 5 Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars 6 With security from every froward devil. 7 These satans cannot listen to what transpires in the High Council for they are pelted away from every side 8 With a driving fusillade, and theirs shall be a torment perpetual; 9 except such as snatches a fragment, and he is pursued by a piercing flame. 10 Then ask them (O Muhammad): Are they stronger as a creation, or those (others) whom we have created? Lo! We created them of plastic clay. 11 (Muhammad), you will be surprised that they still mock (God's revelations). 12 When they are reminded, they do not pay heed, 13 And whenever they see a sign, they mock at it. 14 And say, "This is nothing but evident sorcery! 15 “When we are dead and have turned into dust and bones, will we certainly be raised again?” 16 What, and our forefathers, the ancients' 17 Say (O Muhammad): Ye, in truth; and ye will be brought low. 18 There will only be a single jerk, and they will gape, 19 and they say, 'Woe, alas for us! This is the Day of Doom.' 20 This is the Day of Judgment in which you disbelieved. 21

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
