The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By those who set the ranks in battle order 1 and those who drive away [the wicked] with reproof 2 And those who recite the message, 3 surely, your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and everything between them; Lord of the Easts. 5 Verily! We have adorned the near heaven with the stars (for beauty). 6 Protecting them against every wayward devil, 7 they listen not to the High Council, for they are pelted from every side, 8 And kept far away. There is perpetual punishment for them, 9 Except such as snatch away something by stealing and they are pursued by a flaming fire of piercing brightness. 10 So, ask those who deny the truth if it was harder to create them than all the other things We have created? We created them from sticky clay. 11 Yet while you are filled with wonder, they just scoff; 12 and when they are reminded [of the truth,] they refuse to take it to heart; 13 and when they see a miracle, they mock 14 and they say, 'This is nothing but manifest sorcery. 15 “When we are dead and have turned into dust and bones, will we certainly be raised again?” 16 and perhaps also our forebears of old?" 17 Say (O Muhammad): Ye, in truth; and ye will be brought low. 18 So it shall only be a single cry, when lo! they shall see. 19 And they shall say: O woe to us! this is the day of requital. 20 “This is the Day of Judgement, which you used to deny!” 21

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
