We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
