And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
