Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 guided them to the right path, 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
