Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 He is the Lord of the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them, the Majestic and All-forgiving". 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 but you have turned away from it. 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 'Only this has been revealed to me: that I am to give warning plainly and publicly." 70 [For,] lo, thy Sustainer said unto the angels: "Behold, I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 After I have created him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down, prostrating yourselves to him.” 72 all the angel then prostrated themselves 73 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? 75 Satan replied, "I am better than him. You created me from fire, but You created him from clay." 76 (God) said: "Then go hence, ostracised. 77 Upon you will be My damnation till the Day of Doom." 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 [Allah] said, "So indeed, you are of those reprieved 80 Until the Day of the time well-known." 81 He said, “Therefore, by oath of Your honour, I will surely mislead all of them.” 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 [And God] said: "This, then, is the truth! And this truth do I state: 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 Lo! it is naught else than a reminder for all peoples 87 And ye shall surely come to know the truth thereof after a season. 88
