۞ Say: O My slaves who have been prodigal to their own hurt! Despair not of the mercy of Allah, Who forgiveth all sins. Lo! He is the Forgiving, the Merciful. 53 Turn unto your Lord repentant, and surrender unto Him, before there come unto you the doom, when ye cannot be helped. 54 And follow the best of what was revealed to you from your Lord before the punishment comes upon you suddenly while you do not perceive, 55 Turn to God in repentance before a soul says, "Woe to me because of my failure to fulfill my duties to God. Woe to me for mocking God's guidance!" 56 Or, lest it should say: had Allah but guided me, I should surely have been of the God-fearing! 57 Or (so that no soul) may say when it beholds the punishment, “If only I may be sent back, so that I may do good deeds!” 58 Yes! Verily, there came to you My Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and you denied them, and were proud and were among the disbelievers. 59 And on the day of resurrection you shall see those who lied against Allah; their faces shall be blackened. Is there not in hell an abode for the proud? 60 God would rescue those who fear Him (and guide them) to places of safety. Neither will evil touch them nor regret. 61 Allah is the Creator of all things, and of all things He is the Guardian. 62 To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. And those who disbelieve in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, such are they who will be the losers. 63
