whom God will tell, "My servants, you need have no fear on this day, nor will you be grieved". 68 Those who believed in Our signs, and were Muslims. 69 "Enter the Garden rejoicing, both you and your spouses!" 70 Trays of gold and cups will be passed round them, (there will be) therein all that the one's inner-selves could desire, all that the eyes could delight in, and you will abide therein forever. 71 This is the Paradise that you have been given for an inheritance for the things that you were doing. 72 Herein you will have abundant fruits of which you will eat.” 73 [But,] behold, they who are lost in sin shall abide in the suffering of hell: 74 It will not decrease for them; dumb with despair they will stay in it. 75 And We are not unjust to them, but they themselves were unjust. 76 And they will cry: "O thou [angel] who rulest [over hell]! Let thy Sustainer put an end to us!" [whereupon] he will reply: "Verily, you must live on [in this state] 77 We brought you the Truth; but to the truth most of you were averse.” 78 Why - can they [who deny the truth ever] determine what [the truth] should be? 79 Do they fancy that We do not listen to their whispers and their counselling? Why not, We surely do! And Our angels are with them, writing down. 80 Say [O Prophet]: "If the Most Gracious [truly] had a son, I would be the first to worship him!" 81 Glorified be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, from that which they ascribe (unto Him)! 82 So leave them alone to indulge in vain discourse and amuse themselves until they come face to face with that Day which they have been promised. 83 for [then they will come to know that] it is He [alone] who is God in heaven and God on earth, and [that] He alone is truly wise, all-knowing. 84 And blessed is He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them and with whom is knowledge of the Hour and to whom you will be returned. 85 And those whom they call upon beside Him own not the power of intercession save those who have borne witness to the truth and who know. 86 And if you asked them who created them, they would surely say, "Allah." So how are they deluded? 87 We call to witness the cry of the Messenger: “O Lord, these are a people not wont to believe!” 88 yet pardon them, and say, 'Peace!' Soon they will know. 89
