"O My servants, you need not fear this Day, nor shall you grieve" -- 68 (You) who believed in Our Ayat (proofs, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and were Muslims (i.e. who submit totally to Allah's Will, and believe in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism). 69 will be told, "Enter Paradise with your spouses in delight. 70 Platters and cups of gold shall be passed around them, and there shall be all that they might desire and all that their eyes might delight in. (They shall be told): “Herein shall you abide for ever. 71 This is the Garden which ye are made to inherit because of what ye used to do. 72 You will have fruits in abundance there to eat. 73 But the evildoers dwell forever in the chastisement of Gehenna 74 which will not be lightened for them, and therein they shall be silent. 75 And it is not We who will be doing wrong unto them, but it is they who will have wronged themselves. 76 And they shall call, 'O Malik, let your lord execute us!' He shall say, 'you are staying!' 77 INDEED, [O you sinners,] We have conveyed the truth unto you; but most of you abhor the truth. 78 If the disbelievers persist in their disbelief, We shall also persist in punishing them. 79 Bethink they that We hear not their secrets and whispers? Yea! We do, and Our messengers present with them write down. 80 Say: "If Ar-Rahman had a son I would have been the first of worshippers." 81 Hallowed be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, from that which they ascribe! 82 So leave them to babble and play (with vanities) until they meet that Day of theirs, which they have been promised. 83 And He it is Who is God in the heavens and God in the earth, and He is the Wise, the Knower. 84 Blessed is He to whom belongs the heavens, the earth and all that is between them and who has the knowledge of the Hour of Doom. To Him you will all return. 85 And those they invoke besides Him do not possess [power of] intercession; but only those who testify to the truth [can benefit], and they know. 86 If you ask them who created them, they will answer: "God." How then can they turn away? 87 And he saith: O my Lord! Lo! these are a folk who believe not. 88 We have told him, "Ignore them and say to them 'farewell'. They will soon know the consequences of their deeds 89
Almighty God's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
