Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 Like dregs of oil, it will boil in their bellies 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 Saying “Taste it! Indeed you only are the most honourable, the dignified!” 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 They shall wear of fine and thick silk, (sitting) face to face; 53 Thus shall it be: and We shall espouse them to fair, wide-eyed maidens. 54 While resting in security, they shall call for all kinds of fruit. 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 So have We made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
