And indeed We have created man and We know what his soul instils in him; and We are nearer to him than the hearts artery. 16 Moreover, there are two scribes, one each sitting on the right and the left, recording everything. 17 Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record]. 18 and (the human being will be told), "This is what you had been trying to run away from". 19 And the Trumpet shall be blown: that will be the Day whereof Warning (had been given). 20 And every soul will come, with it a driver and a witness. 21 Certainly you were heedless of it, but now We have removed from you your veil, so your sight today is sharp. 22 And his companion, [the angel], will say, "This [record] is what is with me, prepared." 23 The command was given: “Cast into Hell every hardened, stubborn unbeliever, 24 "Hinderer of good, transgressor, doubter, 25 who has set up with Allah another god. Indeed, you two, cast him into the terrible punishment' 26 ۞ His companion said: “I did not incite him to rebel; he was far gone into error of his own accord.” 27 [Allah] will say, "Do not dispute before Me, while I had already presented to you the warning. 28 “With Me, the decree does not change, and nor do I oppress the bondmen.” 29
