Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
And We have built the heaven with hands (the Divine Power), and it is We Who give the expanse. 47 And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)! 48 And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect. 49 Therefore hasten to God; truly, I am sent by Him to give you clear warning. 50 And set not up another god with Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
