We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And of everything created We two kinds; haply you will remember. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)! 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 And remind (by preaching the Quran, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
