▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they handed this down to one another? They are certainly a people who exceed all bounds, 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
