The Mountain (Al-Toor)
49 verses, revealed in Mecca after Prostration (Al-Sajdah) before Kingship (Al-Mulk)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the Mount 1 and by the Book in lines 2 On a parchment scroll unrolled, 3 By the much-frequented Fane; 4 And by the roof raised high (i.e. the heaven). 5 and by the swelling ocean, 6 surely thy Lord's chastisement is about to fall; 7 There is none can avert it;- 8 On the day when the heaven shall move from side to side 9 And the mountains will move away with a (horrible) movement. 10 Woe, then, on that Day to all who give the lie to the truth 11 Who play in talk of grave matters; 12 The day on which they shall be driven away to the fire of hell with violence. 13 This is the Fire which ye were wont to believe. 14 Is this magic, or do you not see? 15 Endure it [now]! But [whether you] bear yourselves with patience or without patience, it will be the same to you: you are but being requited for what you were wont to do." 16 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and bliss 17 Rejoicing at what their Lord has given them; and their Lord will preserve them from the torment of Hell. 18 (They will be told): “Eat and drink to your hearts' content as a reward for your deeds.” 19 Reclining on ranged couches. And we wed them unto fair ones with wide, lovely eyes. 20 And those who believe and whose families follow them in Faith,- to them shall We join their families: Nor shall We deprive them (of the fruit) of aught of their works: (Yet) is each individual in pledge for his deeds. 21 We shall provide them with fruits and the meat of the kind which they desire. 22 They will exchange cups of wine free of (incitement to) pleasantry or sin. 23 ۞ They will be waited upon by immortal youths, like pearls hidden in their shells. 24 They will turn to one another and ask (regarding the past events). 25 They will say: verily we were aforetime, midst our household, ever in dread. 26 Wherefore Allah hath obliged us, and hath protected us from the torment of the Scorch. 27 We had prayed to Him; He is Kind and All-merciful". 28

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
