BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 47 Of spreading branches. 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 With two springs of water flowing through them both. -- 50 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 51 In both of them are of every fruit, two kinds. 52 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 53 Reclining on carpets whereof the linings will be of brocade; and the fruit of the two Gardens shall be near at hand. 54 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 55 Therein are those of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them. 56 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 57 lovely as rubies, beautiful as coral -- 58 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 59 Can any thing else be a response to a favor but a favor? 60 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens,- 62 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 63 Dark-green. 64 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 65 In the Gardens are two springs, overflowing with abundance. 66 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 67 therein fruits, and palm-trees, and pomegranates -- 68 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 69 Therein (gardens) will be fair (wives) good and beautiful; 70 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 71 Houris (beautiful, fair females) restrained in pavilions; 72 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 73 Untouched before them by man or jinni - 74 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 75 Reclining on green cushions and fair carpets. 76 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78
