All that live on it will perish. 26 Only the Supreme Essence of your Glorious and Gracious Lord will remain forever. 27 So which of the wonders of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 28 Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He has a matter to bring forth (such as giving honour to some, disgrace to some, life to some, death to some, etc.)! 29 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 30 Soon will We apply Ourselves to you, O you two armies. 31 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 34 There shall be sent against you both flame of fire and smoke, and ye shall not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 36 (On the Day of Judgment) when the heavens are rent asunder they will have a flowery color and flow like oil. 37 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 38 On that Day there will be no need to ask either men or jinn about their sins. 39 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 40 All who were lost in sin shall by their marks be known, and shall by their forelocks and their feet be seized! 41 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 42 This is the hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 Going round between it and boiling water fierce. 44 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 45
