۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
