۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 And verily that is a mighty oath, if ye but knew! 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 no one can touch it except the purified ones. 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.) 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 And a hurling into the blazing fire. 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
