Noah said: My Lord! Lo! they have disobeyed me and followed one whose wealth and children increase him in naught save ruin; 21 And they conspired an immense conspiracy. 22 "And they have said: 'You shall not leave your gods, nor shall you leave Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth, nor Ya'uq, nor Nasr (names of the idols); 23 They have misled many and the unjust will achieve nothing but more error". 24 And so, because of their sins, they were drowned [in the great flood,] and were doomed to suffer the fire [of the hereafter]; and they found none who could succour them against God. 25 And Noah said, 'My Lord, leave not upon the earth of the unbelievers even one. 26 If you leave them, they will lead Your creatures astray, and beget but iniquitous and ungrateful offspring. 27 "O my Lord! Forgive me, my parents, all who enter my house in Faith, and (all) believing men and believing women: and to the wrong-doers grant Thou no increase but in perdition!" 28

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
