No, by the moon! 32 And [by] the night when it departs 33 The morning when it is unveiled, 34 Verily, it (Hell, or their denial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, or the Day of Resurrection) is but one of the greatest calamities. 35 It is a warning for mankind 36 Unto him of you who will advance or hang back. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 except the Companions of the Right. 39 who in their gardens will be enquiring 40 Concerning the guilty: 41 "What led you into Hell Fire?" 42 They will say, "We were not of those who prayed, 43 "Nor were we of those who fed the indigent; 44 and we indulged in vain talk with those who indulged in vain talk, 45 And we have been belying the Day of Requital. 46 until there came to us the certainty. 47 So the intercession of the intercessors will not benefit them. (The disbelievers will not have any intercessor.) 48 What aileth them, therefore, that they are from the admonition turning away? 49 As they were frightened asses 50 Fleeing from a lion? 51 Yea, everyone of them claims that he [himself] ought to have been given revelations unfolded! 52 No, indeed they have no fear of the Everlasting Life. 53 but this is truly a reminder. 54 So, whoever wills may benefit from it. 55 But none will remember, unless Allah wills, He is the Owner of fear, the Owner of forgiveness. 56
