No! By the moon 32 By the receding night 33 And by the Dawn as it shineth forth,- 34 That Hell is surely one of the greater signs, 35 Warn the men. 36 To any of you that chooses to go forward (by working righteous deeds), or to remain behind (by commiting sins), 37 Every person is a pledge for what he has earned, 38 Except the companions of the right, 39 who in their gardens will be enquiring 40 about the sinners. 41 'What thrusted you into Sakar?' 42 They will reply: 'We were not among those who prayed 43 And did not feed the needy, 44 "And used to dwell on evil matters with those who think evilly." 45 And we used to call the day of judgment a lie; 46 Until the certainty had come upon us. 47 So the intercession of intercessors shall not avail them. 48 So what is the matter with them that they turn away from the advice? 49 As if they were alarmed donkeys 50 That had fled from a lion? 51 Nay, every man of them desires to be -- given -- scrolls unrolled. 52 By no means. In fact they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 By no means! Verily this Qur'an is an admonition. 54 So whoever pleases may mind it. 55 And they will not remember except that Allah wills. He is worthy of fear and adequate for [granting] forgiveness. 56
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
