The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By the (angels) who tear out (the souls of the wicked) with violence; 1 By the angels who release with gentle release. 2 And who glide with ease. 3 Then outpace the others swiftly 4 Then those who regulate the affair. 5 Upon the day when the first blast shivers 6 to be followed by further [convulsions], 7 Hearts on that day shall palpitate, 8 Their eyes cast down. 9 They say: Shall we indeed be restored to (our) first state? 10 “When we have become decayed bones?” 11 They have said, "Such a resurrection will certainly be a great loss". 12 However, it will only take a single blast 13 to bring them out of their graves and back to life on the earth's surface. 14 Hast thou received the story of Moses? 15 When his Lord called him in the sacred valley of Tuwa, 16 saying, "Go to the Pharaoh. He has transgressed beyond all bounds. 17 And say, "Hast thou the will to purify thyself; 18 Do you want me to guide you to your Lord, so that you should fear Him?'" 19 Then he shewed him the great sign. 20 But Pharaoh denied and disobeyed. 21 He then turned away, striving in his effort. 22 And assembled (his council) and proclaimed, 23 And he said: I am your Lord, most high. 24 you pay attention 25 Truly there is a lesson in this for those who fear (the consequences). 26

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
