What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 On that day man will recall all what he strove for. 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
