Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you more difficult to create, or is the heaven that He constructed? 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 He brought forth from it its water and its pasturage. 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
