What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 high above? 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
