Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 preferring the present life, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 But how are you to know? 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46
