(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 then he who transgressed 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 But, whosoever feared the standing before his Lord and prevented the self from desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? (You are not bound to tell them) 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
