[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? (You are not bound to tell them) 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
