The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
