The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
WHEN THE SUN is folded up, 1 when the stars shall be thrown down, 2 and the mountains have been taken, 3 the young barren camels are abandoned, 4 And when the wild beasts shall be gathered together, 5 when the seas shall be set boiling, 6 And when the souls he paired, 7 And the little girl buried alive is asked 8 For what sin she was slain. 9 When the ledgers are laid open, 10 when heaven shall be stripped off; 11 hell is made to blaze, 12 And when the Garden is brought near;- 13 Then every soul shall know that which it hath presented. 14 No indeed; I swear by the alternating stars 15 Who move straight and stop. 16 and by the night as it recedes, 17 And the morning when it brightens, 18 Verily, this is the Word (this Quran brought by) a most honourable messenger [Jibrael (Gabriel), from Allah to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)]. 19 Owner of power, and high rank with (Allah) the Lord of the Throne, 20 The one who is obeyed, and trustworthy. (Other angels obey angel Jibreel). 21 And (O people!) your companion is not one possessed; 22 he truly beheld him [the angel] on the clear horizon. 23 nor does he grudge (conveying this knowledge about) the Unseen; 24 Nor is it the word of a satan accursed. 25 So where are you going? 26 This is nothing but a Reminder to the worlds, 27 (With profit) to whoever among you wills to go straight: 28 However, you will not be able to choose anything unless God, Lord of the Universe wills it to be so. 29

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
